Maija has headed Compositor since the beginning, and she has 25 years of strong communications experience from different sectors and organizations. She knows strategy as well as business, she understands the internal culture and dynamics of a company – and above all, she knows how to get them to work well together. Maija takes a two-fold approach when creating strategies: by looking at the big picture and the individual’s perspective. She has solid knowledge of human nature and an eye for psychology as well as the honesty and ability – gained through experience – to get right to the core of matters.

Hanna Aspelin
Communications Officer

Hanna’s school of economics background (international business and business communications) provides an excellent foundation for participating in the planning and practical implementation of leadership and strategy communications projects through texts and storytelling. Hanna has experience in communications agency and editorial work, and her keen eye for strategy keeps the thread running throughout.
