Compositor is an expert company specializing in leadership communications consulting and the supportive content production. Our business roots date back to 1988.

Our strongest expertise is our ability to internalize our customers’ business and goals. Accordingly, we develop and implement communications as an extension of and in partnership with the customers’ own organizations.

We actively work in Finnish, English and Swedish.

Over the years, our operations have been guided by a strong vision, a vision that has become even stronger along the way:

• We don’t pursue growth for the sake of growth – we want to keep the company at the size that is ideal for personnel and customers. This helps to keep collaboration fun and productive and free of unnecessary bureaucracy.

Compositor currently has three employees. For projects, we work in close collaboration with partners across different sectors, hand-picking the best possible group of professionals to take on the task at hand.
